Located on the thirteenth floor of a newly constructed high rise, the interior architecture of Madison Realty Capital’s Dallas office aims to take advantage of the space’s high ceilings and panoramic views. Design explorations manifested the idea of transparency and layering: the interplay of metal screens, light wood, and acoustical fabric panels creates various levels of transparency between the lobby, offices, conference room and break room.
